How to order?

All the products available in this online store can be ordered either using a credit card (Paypal or 2CheckOut), by electronic bank transfer or by check. Please indicate your preference as you check out.

Single reports are available as a download immediately after payment from this site. Report packages and/or report and service bundles will be delivered via email. Books must be shipped by mail.

If ordering a book please also check shipping by mail so that postal charges are correctly calculated. Failure to do so will result in a delay.

When paying by check or wire transfer you will initially receive an invoice. On payment of the invoice your purchase will be delivered via email or regular mail accordingly.

When your purchase is to be delivered by email pleae do check that emails originating from utilipoint.com are not being trapped by your spam filter.
